Draw blood in a plain, red-top tube(s), serum gel tube is acceptable. Spin down within 2 hours and send 1 mL of serum frozen in a plastic vial.
Plasma
Draw blood in a green-top (lithium-heparin) tube(s). Spin down within 2 hours and send 1 mL of plasma frozen in a plastic vial.
Note: Critical frozen. Additional specimens must be submitted when multiple tests are ordered.
