Collection Instructions: Collect blood in 3/2% sodium citrate light blue top tube. Centrifuge within 30 minutes after collection, freeze immediately. Send 2 mL platelet-poor plasma in plastic vial frozen.
Note:
1. Prohibit exercise prior to drawing sample.
2. To avoid release of plasminogen activator, do not massage vein vigorously, pump fist excessively or leave tourniquet in place for a prolonged period.
