Plasma
Draw blood in a green-top (lithium heparin) tube(s), plasma gel tube is acceptable. Spin down within 2 hours of collection and freeze immediately. Send 1 mL lithium heparin plasma frozen in a plastic vial.
Separate specimens must be submitted when multiple tests are ordered.
